Network Mode needs to adjust more aspects of a current network

• Node names should change between gene/protein versions
• Edge coloring and thickness should not carry over
• Edges need to be reset/re-retrieved based on network type
• Users who are working with an uploaded file will reset to the database when network mode is changed (possibly a warning can be provided)
• Demos behave like uploaded files (i.e., they reset when network mode is changed)

Initial work here would be to examine each bullet to see if it is straightforward to do prior to a port to another framework. Each bullet might also become its own issue depending on its scope
