Running Installer without Python and PIP installed shows no error

Describe The Problem When running the installer, if the user doesn't have PIP or Python installed, the installer appears to show no issues.

Expected Error / Traceback N/A

To Reproduce Run 'wgd.sh install' without Python and PIP installed

OS Information:

  • OS: Debian 11 [in LXC]
  • Python Version: 3.9.2

I'll note by saying, python3 was installed but PIP wasn't
