A way for the api to have custom options in the ui

By this I mean all the settings in the tool ui are great, but it would be cool if each api client could have its own tab added, with its own settings. Could work with settings type, settings tooltip and a property assigned to it that is updated on change. That would make it even more userfriendly to use custom clients
