Spaceline is covering up some prompts

On some prompts (for example when capturing stuff with org and prompting for tags etc) the modeline is covering up some of the text in the prompts. See the screenshot for an example.

I'm experiencing this as well. I believe it has to do with the heights of some of the mode line elements. I was able to get around this issue by fiddling with spaceline-all-the-icons-separator-scale and powerline-text-scale-factor.
