spaceline helm and info mode change modeline height

  (spaceline-info-mode +1)

Provide a custom modeline to display various information when using helm or info.

The modeline actually reduces its height using these modes. Also, separators seem mandatory for it to display nicely.

Hey @jwintz, sorry for the late reply... I've been busy moving Jobs.

I thought I'd already done an info mode line? But I guess not! Yeah they're good ideas, although I don't use Helm so I wouldn't have the foggiest on how it should behave/what it should look like.

Any details/PRs would be great!
