Rival teams don't update after you select your starter

Describe the bug When you start a new nuzlocke, the page loads with the Rival's team pre-selected. When you select the starter you chose, the page does not update with the Rival's team as per your starter selection.

E.g. for Blaze Black 2 Redux/ Volt White 2 Redux, Hugh's team is already selected as his Oshawott team. When I select Oshawott as my starter, it doesn't update to the Snivy team list.

To Reproduce

1. Start a new nuzlocke or open an existing one
2. Set/change your starter pokemon
3. See error When selecting the starter pokemon (both clicking with mouse and selecting with keyboard navigation), the Rival's team doesn't update to the correct team.

Expected behavior Changing the starter should trigger updating your Rival's team list for each Rival fight. E.g. choosing Oshawott should change the Rival's team to the Snivy team list.

Note: I set this up as a Challenge Mode BW 2 Redux nuzlocke, but not sure if that is pertinent here.

I noticed this too, changing your starter's type using these buttons has the desired effect though. It would be nice if both inputs were bound somehow
