Support SVG -> PDF

This would allow people to create PDFs for charts with interactive state. This feature can come later.

Let's document the API in the readme.

Right now we only support roboto. We should support all fonts from google fonts.

Use https://github.com/vega/vega-lite-dev-config for prettier and eslint.

The labels should wrap the selects to improve accessibility (e.g. clicking on the label should open the dropdown).

In Safari, the dropdowns are a it cut off at the top and bottom.
