Pydomo package cannot be resolved using Poetry

I noticed the Poetry dependency resolver cannot find the latest pydomo (0.3.0.3). To get around it, I was forced to first install packages using Poetry and then install pydomo separately using pip. Maybe something in the package structure is unexpected?

It appears that this is still the case. I'm unable to resolve the dependency via poetry.
