SRTM loaded but not displaying elevations.

Using Blender Version 3.6.2.

I got an API from opentopography. I can click "ok" after selecting the SRTM server and inputting an API. Then, it goes through a loading function. When it finishes the loading process, the base map disappears, and I'm left with nothing but the grid.

This is the error:
