Blender and OS versions

Blender 3.5.1 on Win11 OS

Describe the bug

Unable to import the DEM file which is about 3.2G with the mode of 'DEM displacement texture' nor 'DEM raw data build

How to Reproduce

by clicking GIS --> import --> Georeferenced raster --> DEM displacement texture 屏幕截图(166)

Error message

only with 'Unable to open raster, check logs for more infos'

How can I solve this problem? Is is because the DEM is too large to open?
