Displacement DEM not scaling

Hi, I have imported a basemap with Blender GIS. When i import a DEM as displacement to it, it imports fine but I am unable to change the scale of it.

It is a 32 bit float DEM in tif format exported from ArcGIS Pro. I am on Windows 11 and have the latest blender version
