gray map 22x zoom

Windows 10 and blender 2.92.0

Describe the bug

Map gray after download when downloading in 22x zoom

How to Reproduce

load some location, and lock the size, for example on 19 zoom then zoom the resolution to for example 22x after the download finished, the map becomes gray OR just load it and zoom it to 22x, same problem

Error message

there is no error message
