Satellite map in grey

Describe the bug

When I click on Basemap, everything is grey. Only when I zoom in some tiles start appearing but never the whole screen. Just 1 or two tiles everytime. I already installed the library needed by ImageIO and put it in the correct folder. The only method that loads fine is OSM Mapnik. https://i.imgur.com/JhxTATw.png

How to Reproduce

Trying to get a Basemap based on satellite images.
