Gdal installation

Hi, I use your plugin for quite a long time and always had no problem with gdal. Now I have reinstalled plugin on Blender 2.90 and was trying to install gdal packages and it all seems to work, but... OSGEO folder in site-packages is not created, so defining Environmental Variables is also impossible. Could you please check if you also have the same issue?

What's your operating system ? Is it works if you try to import gdal from the blender's Python console? If so, gdal files are necessarily somewhere, search in the folder tree.

pip install the python osgeo/gdal files for me in my personal appdata folder, which I used for setting GDAL_DATA environment variable C:\Users\tyler\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python39\site-packages\osgeo
