Need to use single custom notification through out the application

Hi There,

I am having a requirement to show the same customized notification, through out the application. But i found difficulty we have to create custom-notification for each component, with the same repeated code.

I need team help to globally use the customized notification

Requirement like : We have to show two lines of messages in notification with first line has to be in bold.
