Hi @dominch,

Thanks a lot for the redmine_highlightjs plugin!

Works really well :smiley:

I just took the time to edit the README's Installation steps, as I feel it's easier to have all specific info directly in the plugin's page, versus having to follow redmine's generic instructions.

For example, I wasn't sure if I needed to run bundler, nor was I sure this plugin required a migration... until I realized it did.

Anyways, I hope you think this pull-request useful/worthwhile.
