Provide help dialogue for connect strings in Wizards and Load Generators

Currently it's not clear what is the correct format for connect strings inside of the swingbench/wizard/datagenerator. Users are largely left to figure that out for themselves. This can cause confusion i.e. "Should I include jdbc:oracle:thin@ the start of the connection string, Which format should I use, ::<SID> or a connection url ///. The dialogue will be activated via a link which sends them to a web page explaining their choices.
