Add the quick accent feature

The quick accent functionality is incredibly useful for anyone with a qwerty keyboard that types in non english languages. It provides a very easy and natural way to type accents without having specific keys for them.

That's what I was looking for. Hope It can be implemented. Support for accents is pretty painful on Linux
I started something to do it few month ago in python (https://github.com/Richar-p/baguette) its REALLY early, but i didn't find anything else to do it for now, am i missing something ?

Sorry if I sound a bit unexperienced, as I'm new to Linux. How can I install baguette on Ubuntu? I cloned the repository and intalled the required pynput and pyqt6 with the help of Warp terminal, as im learning the basics haha It seems nothing was intalled and running so far. Am I missing some important step?
