Having issues with gnome 47

Recently upgraded to gnome shell 47 from 46. Was working fine for me in 46.

Configuration UI has it listed as enabled

However there is no configuration up at the top bar

Updating the metadata.json doesn't seem to fix the issue

Oddly enough awake works just fine.
