Flatpak support

Flatpak is an integral part of the Linux desktop. It is also one of the most used non-native package managers. I think that it will help newbie users on Linux a lot.

I've generated metadata and desktop files for making the flatpak. I need to look into a way to make a script for generating the flatpak, but it seems straight forward. @domferr I've seen tips around to generate flatpaks on older OS' so that they have a chance of working on the widest amount of systems. ex: Generate the flatpak on the oldest still supported Ubuntu LTS

@64BitUniverse That'd be awesome, I'd love to see a flatpak too.

Metadata and desktop files are also useful if the application is distributed via linux distribution repositories. IMO they could already be added to the repository, no need to wait for flatpak.
