Privacy popup shows up each time when shortcut is about to run

Thank you for amazing tutorial on SiriKit. I was able to learn within no time. I faced a small issue that each time when shortcut is about to run, privacy popup shows up each time despite when I allowed it. I am wonder if there is any config needs to be changed?
