Upgrade glob to 11.0.0

This PR upgrades glob to version 11.0.0. This eliminates the need for the globPromise utility function, as starting with glob v9 it uses promises rather than callbacks.

It also removes the transitive dependency on the unsupported inflight package, which addresses issue https://github.com/domdinnes/node-flyway/issues/26.

Hi @DavidAdamson-GH - thanks for raising this. Just FYI the package-lock.json contains references to a private skyscanner artifactory. If you can update it I'm happy to merge this in.
