ERROR:cli.py:920:Failed to parse - Not a valid aggregate or forensic report

I'm getting an error on a number of reports which says the files are not valid. I am using the raw EML files to parse. Inside these files is the Gzipped XML file as an attachment.

The XML file contents are literally unused.

I am seeing these messages from Yahoo. While this is not in a valid XML format, perhaps it may be worth just ignoring the file if the contents are = unused?
