[Feature request] Leo editor inspired clone views

Eventually Nim should have.a portable IDE, but until then, I'd love to see outliner/view features like in Leo, org-mode, and Emacs's babel.

Consider this more a top level issue concerning underrated editor design for an underrated language rather than a specific feature request.
