`user` section in `config.yaml` is not used

Currently, you must use the the default username / password (postgres / password) to authenticate to Doltgres. If you configure a different user in config.yaml, it is not currently honored.

also, the docs still states the default username is doltgres instead of postgres. causes me lot of trouble.

Hey @deathemperor, thanks for the heads up about the out of date doc content. Apologies for any confusion that has created! I've just deployed some updates to the docs and I think I've gotten all the old references fixed up. We'd love to hear how your Doltgres work is going. Let us know if there are any issues you're hitting that you'd like us to prioritize. We're making steady progress, and always love hearing more feedback from customers.

thanks @fulghum, I've just got my replication example set up and running good (it feels good!) on my machine. next is my real db. tried that before without luck due to unknown problems. That's why I had to go back to the basic (guess I was too eager).
