Missing some open port

Hi, I'm tried your tools, and looks like their is something wrong :

92.215.69.171:5060

The port 5060 is open. Even if i set timeout to 5s it didnt work and ive got very nice connexion. Do you have any advice for me ? Thanks. Gwojda
