"Flair" filter, or qualify flair under "Reward"

I hate seeing a lot of the Flair in my hangar view. There doesn't seem to be a filter to hide it. Please either add a "Flair" filter, or I'd be fine w/ calling flair a "Reward" and having the reward filter show/hide flair.

It's meant to show up as "decoration", but I need to go through and do another manual pass on these - there's no easy way to identify these items currently, as they're even less consistent than ship naming!
