Python 3.10: urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request

I'm getting an HTTP Error 400 at the second step, after pasting the verification code.

Is this my error, or a 3.10 issue?

Looks related to deprecation of OOB OAuth flows; see #11.
