German Translation - i will help

Hi,

is there a option to switch to german language - if u need help feel free to ask me. I can help with the translation but not with the coding.

Hello, german language is exist, your system must be set to DE and then is used.

@cryd-s i just merged #288 . That should make it easier to contribute missing translations.

@Pyromane Hi, senors (entity) name translation hasn't been added yet to thermal comfort. ~~Once it has been implemented it also doesn't work like the other translations that are translated in the frontend, but the name/translation of the sensor will be set on creation.~~
