Airdrop not working and handoff one-directional

Please include the following information.

• OS Version: Sequoia 15.0.1
• Mac model: Mac Pro (Mid 2010 / 5,1)
• Dongle or replaced card?: Dongle
• Used dongle/card: ASUS BT400

Your Issue: I am unable to airdrop or handoff to my iPhone 7, handoff FROM my iPhone works, but not to it. My mac sees the iPhone in the airdrop menu, but nothing happens when I click on it, global clipboard only works from iPhone to mac. I am completely expecting a "We don't support macOS Sequoia" but I might as well post here.

Steps done to try to fix the issue: Signing out and back in to iCloud on both devices, multiple reboots on mac
