Mac Pro 5,1 handoff check box not coming up

Have you tried these steps? Idk it says this wiki is still being developed

Is there already an open topic for this issue? Issues like it but different circumstances or no replies. Please include the following information.

• OS Version: 10.14.6
• Mac model: Mac Pro 5,1 (flashed 2009)
• Dongle or replaced card?: Yes
• Used dongle/card: AirPort Extreme and Asus BT400

Your Issue: I do not have issues until CAT asks me to reboot. On the boot up it takes a lot longer than usual (probably about 3x longer) then once it's up it says; "panic medic boot" and explains that a kernal extension is preventing the Mac from booting properly. When I go to general the handoff box is not there.

Steps done to try to fix the issue: The first few times I tried it I didn't have SIP disabled I figured that out and turned it off. I tried rphovers Mojave fix but nothing different happened. I would try more but I'm not sure what else to try.
