only AIRDROP works. nothing else. usb dongle

Please include the following information.

• OS Version: 10.13.4
• Mac model: mac 2011 early 13"
• Dongle or replaced card?: dongle csr 4.0
• Used dongle/card: dongle

Your Issue: well, at first nothing worked, then i realised that i was connected to 2.4 and 5 ghz networks (though it was from the same router). once connected airdrop started working - HOORAHH. (actually i thought it SHOULD work WITHOUT connecting to the same network). i was going further. i signed in and out icloud and facetime then rebooted mac, ticked handoff feature and so on. after several reboots I managed to see a continuity icon on my mac (safari). i tried to click it but nothing happened. it was all blank (getting handoff from iphone...) the same thing is with calendar and other apps (calendar just opens and thats it - no point to specific date etc.). hotspot isn't working as well. upd.

UPD. hotspot is working. UPD 1. i didn't try sms \calls - calls are working though i have to switch speakers on every call (default to internal and so on). UPD 2. somehow i managed to get continuity wirking FROM MAC TO IPHONE but NOT vice versa. UPD 3. somehow airdrop works ONLY on a 5 ghz wifi network (both should be connected to it)!! that's weird!! though call forwarding for example works if connected to different networks (2.4 and 5 ghz)

still can't get universal buffer (now i know that it works from ios 10, i'm on ios 9) and continuity from ios to mac (which is BAD)!

Steps done to try to fix the issue: latest v2.6 b6 and bluetooth explorer as hci selector (actually wasn't necessary)

well, i think i'm gonna buy a 4cax card but for now i'd like to get the most out of a dongle. please help.
