Bluetooth not available!

Please include the following information.

  • OS Version: macOS 10.12.4
  • Mac model: MacBookPro8,2 Late 2011
  • Replaced Card
  • Used dongle/card: BCM94331PCIEBT4CAX

Your Issue:

No Bluetooth, what Kext is needed to be patched ? Please give answers...

Same here. Card: BCM94331PCIEBT4CAX Mac model: MacBookPro8,3 Late 17" 2011 OS Version: MacOS 10.12.6

I finally bought a 2017 MBP, but I found a solution. I created a partition of about 20GB and installed OS X 10.10 Yosemite, keeping the BT4CAX card. After Yosemite was installed, the card was detected, and I decided to reboot on the macOS 10.12 Sierra partition, and TADAAAA the card was detected. I don't know why but it was okay for me.
