todor gives incorrect results in Quarto (qmd)

This qmd has many notes, but the line number of the notes are not correctly reported (in any case), further, many notes are missed altogether (in the exampel qmd there are many more than four notes, but only four flags are returned), and the return statement is the awkward "This cell is not evaluated or printed in the report, but commentary on"

Thanks for reporting this. Indeed qmd files were not thoroughly tested with todor yet, but I'll have a closer look.
