Possibly mismatched Version in DokanOptions

dev.dokan.dokan_java.structure.DokanOptions contains the field Version, which currently has the value 110 (1.1.0). Dokan-Java 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT is incompatible with any Dokany-releases prior to 1.3.1000 as of commit 0716547(see #34). The Version-value seems to be unused/discarded because currently builds for 1.2.0 finish without problems.

This issue is connected in nature to issue #34 and PR #35. Usage of the Version field or correction of the wrong value or a different way of setting the value should be done before release 1.2.0
