Resident Evil 6: Leon's 2 chapter crashes, first chapter and prologue works flawlessly.
Welp, I think i'm gonna get banned from this repo but I used dxvk in windows 11 to play this game, works perfectly but loading the second chapter of Leon's campaign, after loading the game will crash to desktop, without dxvk it works normally but uses almost 100% cpu, with dxvk uses half of it. Curiously I beated RE7 with the graphics in the lowest of lowest settings. If this can be fixed it will be nice. BTW, dxvk 2.6.2 works with RE6, 2.7.1 won't launch the game.

Sure it's: Windows 11 25h2 Intel i3 11th gen 1115g4 Intel UHD Graphics Has Vulkan 1.4 according to GPU-Z 8gb ram The game uses d3d9 Logs I can't because there is no log or is empty(happened twice) how do I get the apitrace?(Im new to dxvk. sorry)

You could possibly try adding dxvk.enableGraphicsPipelineLibrary = False to a file called dxvk.conf (not dxvk.conf.txt) next to the exe.
This will likely though make the game stutter more each time you encounter a new shader

Unfortunately, when using apitrace the game won't even start and when using the developer build the game won't launch, acts the same way as dxvk 2.7.1, the game "launchs" a screen then crash. Bro I love this game, I know it's not a horror game per se, but it's a good action coop game.

I can try but where is the dxvk.conf file located? When launching the game with dxvk 2.6.2 the game won't create that file but when I tried dxvk 1.10.13 iirc (a version recommended previous to 2.0) a file was created but the game won't launch with that 1.10 version.

Tried, still crashes after loading the level, i mean the game loads then in the loading screen it crashes.
Hi, I have returned with good news, I updated the graphics drivers using Intel Driver Assistant, And now works, but it works with dxvk 2.6.2, with 2.7.1 the game frooze after some seconds ingame. Idk why. Also after installing the drivers I searched for updates using Windows Update and it installed the old drivers(OEM ones) I just reverted to the updated ones using the devices manager option. So far I mean in the third episode of chapter 2 almost all works fine.
And I have returned with bad news, the game crashes when loading the last part of chapter 4 of Leon (idk, was after the exploding robot mines). Was working fine then loads and crash. Does any one has any suggestion? I was really enjoying the game
In the end, I think I found a solution, so far everything works fine, I didn't used dxvk, I used Special K and disabled cores to use only 2 and the API or other thing set to Directx 9 and 9ex, also the graphics to medium except textures. I don't know if this will be useful for someone but here is what I did to make the game work fine. Like using dxvk but not using it.
