Does running just with DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="1660" help?
Also please attach logs as files in the future so they don't clog up the issue.

Does it change anything if you run it with Proton?
I doesn't have enough disk space to try proton. Also I got error when cleared and Failed to install org.freedesktop.Platform: Error pulling from repo: GPG verification enabled, but no signatures found (use gpg-verify=false in remote config to disable) . Tried protontricks install to get vc++ runtime for Tempest
