Sorry, I should've been more specific, it's working with more recent wine / dxvk (not sure) using the GE fork

Just noting that i also reproduce this on my R9 380 and mesa. I don't remember which version, but not too long ago. Both the line down the middle and shadow issue
Can confirm shadow issue is fixed by https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/pull/2957
Rainbow line is still an issue with dxvk on both windows and linux. But on Linux with radv RADV_DEBUG=nodcc
seems to fix it on my R9 380 (@DadSchoorse's suggestion).
Seems fixed in 2.3
