Tested the fix in other KT games and got improvements

Dynasty Warriors 9 - Big Improvement(53 - 60 fps) Arslan: The Warriors of Legend - Big Improvement(58 - 60 fps) BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk - Big Improvement(55 - 60 fps) SAMURAI WARRIORS: Spirit of Sanada - Small Improvement

I will test other KT games and update this list.

Thanks you @doitsujin for your work in gust games. I can confirm that the fix works in the current patch of Sophie 2 and Blue Reflection SL too. Big improvements even on older hardware, i am using a i7 3770 and a gtx 1060 6GB. Blue reflection 1 even tho its a dx11 game, doesnt seem to have any improvements whatsoever.

Steam deck: Atelier Ryza 2 Big Improvement(60 fps low 800p), if don't use this dll it just 40 fps in the field map
