FFmpeg 6 update

Hey @doitandbedone the new version is using FFmpeg 6. The application will download and unzip FFmpeg 6 into a subdirectory called ffmpeg6 so all the ffmpeg setup stuff is no longer needed.

I'm not 100% sure if this will work on docker or if it needs that directory created as an accessible volume.
