Agreed. It's still the top hit for "google analytics django" (how I found it) - took a remarkable amount of digging to find this (and associated pypi entry)

I hit the same problem, and it appears to only occur when I've used an incorrect folder name. I suspect it'd be worth checking if a supplied folder name appears...

Agreed - I fortunately noticed fairly early on, but still wasted time because of this!
