Add "The Missing Style"

This adds "The Missing Style" (https://missing.style/) to the list.

Note: The LICENSE file is currently missing from the repo, but that is the URL it will have when it is added.

@michaelsmanley Thanks for this contribution! The demo looks really nice.

I notice that you have a separate PR in the Missing Style repo to add the license referenced here. Since the author hasn't responded there yet, and there doesn't seem to be any other indication in the repo or on the missing.style website that they intend to use this license, it would probably be best to wait until a license file has been added before merging this.

Feel free to post an update here once that happens in case I miss it! :smile:

Yeah, I put in the license that I confirmed from the author should be there (matches the license the same developers use for its sister projects HTMX and Hyperscript), but he's off dealing with final exams, so merging the PR there is back-burnered. I'll check in once the semester is over. Thanks!

Maintainer of missing.css here, we're near a 1.0.0 release so I hope nobody minds me bumping this
