Perhaps @VincentCCL might be able to shed some light on how syllabification was carried out for the Dutch data. For example, was it added manually, or through an automated process?
@trenslow You could try using the Received Pronunciation IPA database included in the [ipa-dict](https://github.com/open-dict-data/ipa-dict/) project. Australian English would be great, but I'm not aware of any existing tools or databases...
