When Searching for Certificates from EE URL with invalid email is accepted

Description of problem:

When Searching for Certificates from EE URL with invalid email in "certificates with a subject name matching". The search passes

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): pki-core 10.6 [e] Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.1 Beta (Ootpa)

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install pki-ca ,
  2. Create & configure ca instance
  3. Access EE URL > request a Manual User Dual Cert with email ([email protected]) > Approve the cert req using agent.
  4. Select "Retrieval" Tab, 4.1: Select Search Certificates 4.2: Select Criteria "Show certificates with a subject name matching the following:" 4.3: Email : admin
  5. click on Find

Actual results: shows all certs matching admin in email.

Expected results: Should fail with message to put valid email address.
