Wrappers for other R4000 platforms with existing OS interface and/or merge of PSP and N64/IRIX osLib style interfaces, introducing a compatibility framework interface

Given that OSLib is PSP‐specific, I’m not sure that integrating Ultra 64 / IRIX interface support makes sense. Could you clarify how you envision the compatibility working (especially given the PSP focus)?
