Sony A7R-IV compatibility report

On macOS Ventura 13.0.1, PTP finds the A7R-IV fine, but the frame rate is less than 1fps. That's true in both Preview Video Stream in PTP itself as well as in Zoom. In QuickTime Player, there's no option in the camera list for A7R-IV.
