Help with Wiring Esp 01 to Apm 2.8/configuring UDP on QGC

hi it would be really helpful if someone could guide me on how to connect the esp-01 module to APM 2.8. And also the configuration that has to be done in QGround control software in my phone. The Esp-01 is flashed with the firmware and i can connect to it and go to 192.168.4.1 to check/change parameters
