Dual Wield skills not activating

Hello, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I cannot get any of my skills to work for dual wielding

is what my skills tab look like. If I'm not mistaken T3 for dual wield should be frenzied blows, correct?

emm, you should check the config Turn on Spirit Stance: in tab Tab

Ok, thank you, that fixed it. Is there any way to automate skill usage without spirit stance? Thanks again.
