Azure flavour: Switch to Azure Linux

When using az cli one gets Azure CLI 2.63.0 is the last version available on Alpine and will not receive updates. Consider migrating to the Azure Linux based image for Azure CLI.

We need to switch for that and adapt all features. This was already addressed in PR #159 but this issue makes sense as a reminder.
