Disable Extension per Domain / Whitelist

I suspect the extension to slow down certain websites with many textarea-fields (eg. facebook.com). It would be nice if there was a list to enter sites where I do not want to use "It's All Text".

It's quite possible. I'll consider this for a future version.

@docwhat Have you considered this? IAT interferes with the operation of the Heroku dashboard so I'd like to disable it there.
